Jason Williams, Chef de Cuisine
Born and raised in Niagara, Jason received his education through Niagara College's Culinary Program. After college, he worked in Ireland at the Trident Hotel and Mount Wolsely. Coming back to Niagara, he worked three years with Andrew Dymond at the Oban Inn and then spent two years at the Queen's Landing Inn with Stephen Treadwell. He took a leave from Queen's Landing in 2004 complete stagiairer positions at Gidleigh Park (2 Michelin star) and the Royal Clarence (4 AA Rosettes) with Michael Caines.
Returning to Niagara, he joined Stephen Treadwell at Treadwell Cuisine in May 2006 as Sous Chef and was named Chef de Cuisine in 2009. At Treadwell, Jason shares Stephen Treadwell's philosophy of simplicity and the importance of showcasing the artisan producers from the Niagara Region.
